1. General Provisions
By accessing the Rig Titan website or purchasing our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all sales of custom builds, prebuilt rigs, individual components, as well as hardware upgrades and system repairs. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
2. Custom Builds & Prebuilt Rigs
All custom gaming PCs are built to specification based on the components selected during the consultation and order process. Due to the highly personalized nature of custom builds, production will only begin once full payment or an agreed-upon deposit has been secured.
For prebuilt systems, hardware configurations are fixed as advertised. We strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, but in the rare event a specific component is unavailable, Rig Titan reserves the right to substitute it with a part of equal or greater performance and value, subject to your approval prior to shipping or collection.
Estimated build and delivery times are approximations. While we work diligently to meet these estimates, unforeseen supply chain delays may occasionally affect your order timeline.
3. Upgrades & Repairs
When you submit a system for upgrades, diagnostics, or repairs, Rig Titan is not responsible for any pre-existing software issues, operating system corruption, or data loss. It is strictly your responsibility to back up all personal data before handing over your machine.
Hardware installed during upgrade or repair services is guaranteed to be fully functional upon completion. If diagnostic testing reveals additional required repairs beyond the initial scope, we will always contact you for authorization before proceeding with the extra work.
4. Warranty & Support
Rig Titan proudly offers a comprehensive warranty on all new custom builds and prebuilt rigs. This covers component failure under normal operating conditions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from physical abuse, liquid spills, power surges, unauthorized user modifications, custom extreme overclocking beyond our factory settings, or crypto-mining operations.
For systems brought in for repair or isolated component upgrades, our warranty applies solely to the specific parts we supplied and installed, not to the overarching health of your original pre-existing system.
5. Returns & Cancellations
Orders for fully custom builds cannot be canceled or refunded once assembly has commenced, as these machines are uniquely tailored to your specifications. Prebuilt rigs in original, unmodified condition may be subject to our standard return policy within the specified return window, provided all packaging and accessories remain intact. Restocking fees may apply.
