Component Failure (RMA)

If a specific part fails (GPU, motherboard, power supply) within the 3-year window, contact us immediately. We handle the RMA process directly with the manufacturer so you do not have to wait in standard queues.

Return Policy

Prebuilt systems can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging without physical damage. Fully custom configurations are subject to a restocking fee as they are built specifically to your order.

Safe Shipping Preparation

Always retain your original box and internal expansion foam. If you need to ship your rig back to us, internal foam is strictly required to prevent heavy components like graphics cards from tearing PCI-e slots during transit.
